Recycling Opportunities for Businesses
DuPage County invites you to participate in two upcoming free events for DuPage businesses.

The County is co-hosting a seminar 'Waste Reduction + Diversion = Smart Manufacturing Cents' on Thursday, October 20, 2011. This program is intended for DuPage manufacturers interested in improving their industrial competitiveness through better materials use and waste diversion. More information & registration can be found at the County's website. Additional program partners include the Illinois Sustainable Technologies Center, the Illinois Manufacturing Extension Center and the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Also, the County is hosting a Commercial Document Shredding Day event with the Association for Information & Image Management, Choose DuPage and the DuPage County Fairgrounds. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from 9:00 am to noon at the County Fairgrounds. All DuPage businesses and organizations can bring up to 15 boxes of documents to be securely shredded and recycled.
